We have enjoyed working closely with GSK on many healthcare communication projects over the last 3 years. Strategically, GSK have looked to us to help change perceptions or motivate action, sometimes internally with employees, or often externally with industry stakeholders. Our relationship has grown primarily through being excellent listeners and making sure we understand their business, brands and products. It is often through research such as workshops, surveys and interviews that we can understand what’s going on first before applying our strategic thinking to GSK’s brief. Whether it is refreshing or repositioning a product brand for the Australian market, or re-engaging a whole division of employees we’ve developed many effective and successful design solutions that have engaged, informed, compelled and driven people to think and act differently towards GSK and several of its market-leading products.
